Home work is given in order to get assured that students are grasping what a teacher is delivering, Thus homework is an inevitable method of tracking students to studying and learning procedures.The task given to students which usually are to be accomplished other than class location is referred as "Homework". Then a  clear as that digital homework relate to the similar homework approach but the only difference is Pen and paper are not the prerequisite. Students can work with the computer, laptop, tab and even with their parent's cell phone to meet the deadline of the homework. However, digital homework may depend heavily on the resources and facilities provided to students at home. Thus, digital homework can be categorized on three groups.

Categorizes of Digital Homework

1. Regular homework

The regular homework given in the class are supposed to be the most basic and reliable mode of homework which gives access for the teacher to check and students to present on copy, chart paper, reports, etc. However, this homework can be turned into digital form with the help of scanner, cell phone. The students need not worry this homework can be turned into digital form with the help of scanner, cell phone. The students need not worry about the gadgets they should have for doing it. Teachers should be more ICT friendly and should make use of his cell phone and scanners available in library and office section. Scholarship students can make use of these category.

2. Offline Homework

While accomplishing such homework students should be aided with computer, laptop, tab or cell phone. However offline mode of homework does not require internet access. The offline application software can be optimized to complete the work. However, submitting the homework to teacher is to be done with the help of secondary storage devices such as pen-drive, CD or dvd. Scholarship students can make use of computer lab in off hours.

- Microsoft office packages available in computers can be used for slide presentation, report                  writing, essay

-ms-paint, adobe Photoshop can be used for graphics, drawing, attractive photo design.

-Cell phone can be used to type text, record audio, video and photo

3. Online homework

This is the richest mode of homework in today's scenario if properly utilized. Along with all the features of offline homework, it is provided with internet access where sharing of ideas, collecting of relevant material is eased with internet facility.

•  This mode of homework can provide student facilities to store online. i.e they need not worry  about carrying their material in a pendrive or usb drive. They can directly load those things in cloud storage form or directly send it to the teacher email id.
• Google drive, one drive, virtual box etc can aid students in storing and backing up their content in centralized location.
• Students can use online available software such as powtoon, slideshare, edmodo, etc to aid their presentation and share it to their teachers and friends.
